The new intensive anti-hair loss treatment which owes its effectiveness to the concentration of anti-baldness active ingredients. Maximum effectiveness in combating male pattern baldness, female alopecia and Thelogen effluvium.
Studying the best dosage of individual agents to enhance their efficacy and synergistic effect allowed Kmax researchers to conceive a unique treatment.
Kmax Stimulating Hair Growth Therapy + Kmax Stimulating Shampoo are a shock treatment against hair loss.
Kmax Stimulating Hair Growth Therapy - Intensive topical lotion - 100ml
It contains the most powerful anti-thinning molecules. It can be used simultaneously with other topical treatments or anti-baldness drugs.
Kmax Stimulating Shampoo - 250 ml
It contains the same active ingredients as topical lotion, it represents the ideal complement to maximize its results. Kmax Stimulating Shampoo is also a high-quality cleanser rich in soothing and volumizing agents, with a pleasant fragrance with refreshing mint.
The new Kmax anti-fall treatment contains synergistic active ingredients in high dosage combined to provide support from multiple therapeutic angles involved in the various causes of hair loss, in particular:
Triaminodil
Active principle with stimulating action which owes its action to the extraordinary structural similarity to the well-known Minoxidil. It belongs to the category of so-called "N-Oxides", which includes, in addition to the well-known anti-baldness drug, other molecules supported by studies or patents that have demonstrated its activity on hair growth. Its effectiveness has been verified in several clinical studies that have used it in concentrations around 1%: in Kmax it was introduced at a final concentration of 5% to make the most of its potential
Azelaic acid
It is a dicarboxylic acid that inhibits the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into DHT, a hormone involved in the development of androgenetic baldness.
In addition, its multiple antibacterial, anti-inflammatory properties and the potential of adjuvant in the disorders of keratinization and free radicals make it a good active ingredient that can be integrated into a mixed therapy aimed at defeating baldness.
18 beta glyceretic acid
It is organic triterpene acid extracted from licorice, having a structure similar to that of hormones and steroids. It has been shown to have a significant anti-inflammatory activity, very similar to that of cortisone (cortison-like), through the inhibition of the 11-beta hydroxy-steroid-dehydrogenase tissue enzyme that converts cortisol from active to inactive form. At the same time it has an inhibiting action of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme responsible for the conversion of testosterone into DHT
Beta-sitosterol
Beta-sitosterol is a plant steroid, extractable from Saw Salmetto (Serenoa repens) or from Pyeum africanum, which appears to have the characteristics of progestogen 17 replaced and together of weak estrogen (and anti-estrogen). It is able to simultaneously engage the 5 alpha reductase (type I and II) and the cytosolic androgen receptors to which dihydrotestosterone binds (which is at the origin of androgenetic alopecia) and the other androgens. It also binds to the cell membrane receptors of estrogens activating them, but at the same time acting as an anti-estrogen preventing the binding with the real estrogens. At the hair follicle level, this type of activation can, by activating the membrane adenyl cyclase, stimulate matrix mitosis, contribute to the maintenance of the anagen and the optimization of the catagen phase.
Genistein
It is an isoflavone derived from soy that acts as phytoestrogen: structurally and biologically it behaves like endogenous estrogens, albeit with decidedly reduced power.
Numerous studies have shown that the isoflavones present in soy have activity in treating hair loss as they prolong the anagen phase and act as anit-DHT going to inhibit the activity of 5-alpha-reductase
Nigella sativa essential oil
It is a precious essential oil that owes its properties to its most abundant constituent, that is, the thyminone: according to several studies, this molecule has shown to have strong anti-inflammatory properties by acting on the prostaglandins D2 (PG2), STA3 and JAK2 involved both in the Telogen Effluvium both in androgenetic type baldness. It also inhibits the activation and synthesis of the NF-kB factor, a pro-inflammatory transcription factor, involved in the most common forms of alopecia.
Procapil
This is a patented complex containing the Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 peptide, from oleanolic acid and apigenin
Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1: biomimetic peptide considered effective in increasing adhesion proteins which are important for anchoring hair roots and promoting the activity of keratinocytes
Oleanolic acid extracted from olive leaves: this triterpenoid is considered an inhibitor of 5-alpha-reductase - for this reason it has been included for some years in some of the most innovative preparations for hair care and for the contrast of seborrhea
Apigenin: a plant flavonoid that has a stimulating effect on hair growth, as shown in a specific study that showed its activity on TGF-beta1, an inducer of the androgen-activated catagen activated in abundance in the dermal papilla of the follicles subject to alopecia androgenetic
Caffeine
It belongs to the class of xanthines that have proven to be able to inhibit phosphodiesterase, an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of CAM to 5 AMP (inactive). Consequently, the intracellular accumulation of cAMP follows, not for its increased production, but for a prolongation of the half-life by inhibited degradation. It therefore represents an active ingredient that activates the protein kinase system and modulates the energy availability for the protein synthesis of the hair.
These premises have directed several authors towards the topical use of xanthines in androgenetic alopecia with the rationale to lengthen the anagen phase
Salicylate sodium
Sodium salt of salicylic acid: it is an active ingredient with anti-inflammatory, soothing action and with weak exfoliating properties. It also facilitates skin penetration of the other active ingredients present.
Zinc sulphate and Vitamin B6
The synergy of Zinc and Vitamin B6, assisted by azelaic acid, have shown great ability to inhibit, in vitro, the 5-alpha redactase enzyme (in percentages above 90%) and therefore the use of these components for treat androgenetic baldness.
