Delivery Information

All deliveries are made through Swiss Post. 

For Switzerland :

Delivery is free with any online purchase of S.Fr. 59.- or more by Swiss Post Priority.

Delivery charges for any purchase below S.Fr. 59.- : S.Fr. 7.00 by Swiss Post Economy (2 to 3 working days) or S.Fr. 9.00 by Swiss Post Priority (1 working day (Normaly delivered the next day for orders placed before noon) ,per order is applicable.

Money back refund policy

Products purchased may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges.

However, before any product may be returned, the customer must notify to HAIRIMPACT Onlineshop, within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.

In order to obtain a refund, Customer may ask a money back refund within 10 days from the date of the delivery, sending a request via mail to :

HAIRIMPACT Onlineshop, CP 268, CH-1009 Pully (VD) Switzerland.

 Refund can't be done on opened and/or used products. Product must be sent back sealed and properly packed to avoid any damage, and into the original packaging.
